Privacy Policy
Judy the Masterclass is a brand of Backend Ops LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect on this website, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you ask for the free preview or join the list. Optionally, your child's grade band (for example "1st"), which you can leave blank. We do not ask for your child's name, school, or any other information about your child.
- Purchase details, if you buy the Library: your name, email, and what you bought. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your card number never reaches us.
- Basic technical information that any web server receives, such as your browser type and the pages you open. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
- To send you the preview you asked for, Judy's new lessons, and news about the Library.
- To deliver what you bought and to answer you if you write to us.
- To keep the site working and secure.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for their marketing.
Who handles it for us
We use a small number of service providers to run this site and send email: our web host (Netlify), our email tools, and Stripe for payments. Each one handles your information only to do that job for us.
Children
This website is for parents and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
Text messages
We do not ask for a phone number on this site and we do not send marketing text messages.
Your choices
- Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. Use it any time.
- You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email ops@runbackendops.com.
How long we keep it
We keep your email while you are on the list. When you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, we remove it from our active tools. Purchase records are kept as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we update the date at the top and, for anything significant, tell you by email.
