These terms cover your use of this website and anything you buy or download from it. Judy the Masterclass is a brand of Backend Ops LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.
What this is, and is not
Judy's guides, previews, posts, and videos are general information for parents about reading at home. They are not an assessment of your child, not special-education or medical advice, and not a substitute for your child's teacher, school, or any specialist. Decisions about your child are yours.
Free previews and the email list
When you ask for a preview we send it by email and add you to Judy's list. You can unsubscribe any time. Previews are for your household's personal use.
Buying the Library
- The Library is digital: printable files, e-books, and access to live online calls and their recordings, delivered by email after purchase. Nothing ships in the mail.
- Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe.
- Because the product is a digital download, a sale is final once the files have been delivered, except where the law gives you a right we cannot exclude. If a file is missing or will not open, write to us and we will make it right.
Your license
When you buy or download a guide, workbook, e-book, or call recording you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it with the children in your own household. You may not resell it, share the files, post them online, or use them in a classroom, tutoring business, or school program without written permission. Teachers and tutors: write to us and ask.
Our content
The guides, the Judy the Masterclass name and logo, and everything on this site belong to Backend Ops LLC or are used with permission. Please do not copy them beyond the license above.
No guarantees
Every child learns differently. We do not promise a particular result. The site and its materials are provided as they are, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using them. Our total liability for anything connected to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
